Chicken Parts Come Home To Roost

It was November 4, 2013 when "The Unholy Alliance Exposed" (click here) hit the pages of The Wentzvillian, that post was met with a rumble in town that still resonates today. Like a thermometer dipped in hot water, it shot to the second most viewed post in the history of The Wentzvillian in just its first week. The information presented there was unknown to the general public until it was posted here for all to view. The Wentzvillian asserted that Chief Lisa Harrison was being discriminated against by; Aldermen Chery Kross, Sonya Shryock, and Mayor Nickolas Guccione. This cast of clowns were responsible for removing our legal team and have set their sights on firing Harrison.

Wentzville has about 140 outstanding pending lawsuits and is being sued by a number of employees who will probably be living on the beach of Maui when their cases are settled. If you have time you might want to go back and review "The Unholy Alliance Exposed" to understand more about what occurred yesterday afternoon. On numerous occasions it has been stated here that our bumbling mayor, Guccione would get Wentzville sued. Well, yesterday, April 11, 2014, he, Shryock, and Kross, appear to have succeeded. This unholy alliance decided they know more than our legal council and proceeded to flex their muscles and put their ill advised agenda into motion.

Chief Harrison, after many months of being persecuted and discriminated against by this group of knuckleheads, has decided to defend herself, and as we all know; the best defense is a good offense. As I scanned the pages of CaseNet, low an behold I finally saw it; Harrison filed an employment discrimination suit against; The City of Wentzville, The City of St. Charles, Mayor Nickolas Guccione, Sonya Shryock, Cheryl Kross, Tim Lohmar, Kristen Ellis, Dale Dothage, and Julie Jackson. I would liked to have been a fly on the wall at the Guccione, Kross, and Shryock households last night.

This news hit the Post Dispatch this morning appearing on StlToday.com; Police Chief Suing City, Mayor, Alderwomen, and Prosecutor (click here), who have access to the 57 page complaint. If Harrison is successful, and from what I've seen she may, there could be a lot of money changing hands when the verdicts are handed down. I will supply the location of the hearings as soon as they are placed on the court docket.

This situation will make news for some time to come and it may prove to our cocky King Nickolas that Mayors, Aldermen, and government officials must be educated and qualified to run a city. Guccione is a butcher by trade and his chicken parts are now coming home to roost! I hope for his sake he hasn't put in his retirement papers yet. This is going to be a nasty affair and will be interesting to watch unfold in court, and their deportment in city board meetings.

  1. It appears you've missed half the story. A quck check on case.net yielded 2 discrimination cases filed against the city in 10 days.

  2. You've stolen my thunder, I was going to talk about them next time. I hope these new aldermen take heed; if you're going to follow your king too closely, there may be a process server knocking on your door. If you don't believe that, ask Kross or Shryock.

  3. Wentzville is losing one employee per week, that's a very good indication that something is wrong with management. The problem is that all of the management has been lost so maybe something is wrong at the top and who's at the top? Now add a bunch of discrimination lawsuits and this city is going broke while Nicky Boy worries about getting his friends elected and baskets full of crap for the Mayor's Ball. How much longer can the city tolerate such incompetence in the Mayor's office?

    1. Kross and Shryock did it to themselves by trying to get into the Mayor's back pocket by being his minions. Me thinks it be time to get Kross and Shryock out of the public eye and away from doing more damage to the city. Can we impeach an Alderwoman for her actions????

  4. I don't see this link on the Mayors facebook page. Of course he only spreads the dirt about others to the public.

    1. spreading dirt about his political adveseries is the only thing he can do. his record in service to wentzville is without substance. this lawsuit could break him and the others involved but i doubt he would change the way he conducts himself in the city. he obviously has no shame for all of the rotten things he has done, maybe draining his personal savings account paying for legal fees could change his attitude., but he's too proud of his nonexistent accomplishments, he will never change. maybe he gould use his old fallback and blame someone else.

    2. Although the chief may be suing individuals personally or by name, their actions were while doing city business or representing the city. So the city or insurer (bonded) will be paying the tab for all of these individuals and their defense along with any settlement. And I'm sure Mike Carter will help him with whatever other assistance he needs.

    3. Some of those individuals named went outside of their positions or responsibilities, therefore, they won't be eligible to be under the city's insurance protection; e.g., Sonya Shryock specifically disregarded the city attorney's advice and openly admitted it during the County Prosecuter's investigation. Attorney Rost told her; "let it alone, It's a personal matter," yet she went right ahead with her agenda. The misuse of police resourses by some of the police officers, and the lack of the County Attorney to do a thorough investigation, are only two examples that would take these defendants out of the city insurance bond. Nickolas Guccione knew all about this situatuation, never once stopping it. I think he stepped out of his authority also. He may even have taken a larger part in the matter.

Regardless of my opinion, there were crimes committed. Chief Harrison will win some of these cases. At any rate, it's in the hands of the St. Charles County Court, we'll see how it comes down.

    4. Sonya Shryock has had a personal attorney on retainer for several months in anticipation of this lawsuit. She knows she has a big problem. Guccione and Shryock hate Chief Harrison and it blinded them to the inevitable consequences. If she only hadn't been sucked in by Cheryl Kross to join up with Mayor Guccione she might have been spared all of this. Hate creates misery, especially when you're in the public eye! This blog foretold what happens to good people who get too close to Nick Guccione.

  8. When the mayor was asked for comment on the lawsuit, he said, "I have not seen or read the report, so I can not comment". So, if this is true, he should be done reading that 57 page report by 2016!

  9. Could this be the begining of the end of Mayor Guccione's reign? It might be interesting if channel 4 or 5 brings their TV cameras here to a board meeting for an interview with the mayor. That could be most intertaining.

    1. St. Louis TV cameras should be paying a visit to the Mayor's house so everyone can see him react to the truth being put in his face. Channel 4 and 5 news team should be at the Board meeting to see how he acts in city business-for the whole world to see.

    1. We hope that the Mayor let's this play out as is and does not stir the pot anymore than it is. Wentzville is getting such an awful reputation that when we're asked were we are from we just say West St. Charles County and avoid reference to a city. Just tired of the embarrassment of the politicians!!!

  12. We, the citizens of Wentzville, are repeatedly told "we cant do that there is no MONEY".Now OUR MONEY is going for legal fees!! This is outrageous!Everyone in this city needs to fight back not just a few of us.

  13. So Nick is not feeling to good. Do you think he is nervous that he pushed out stokes and gossett? They are citizens soon. Oops!

    1. It is my opinion that the all powerful, all seeing, all knowing, all mightey Potentate, King Nickolas, Mayor and CEO of Wentzville, Nickolas Guccione is too stupid to realize he's in trouble—Period! Does that answer your question?

When the trial starts can you imagine Rick Stokes, Chris Gard, Forrest Gossett, and Attorney Paul Rost on the wittness stand? God save the King — NOT!

5 will get you ten that Cheryl Kross and Sonya Shryock are going states evidence and personally drive the busses over his carcuss and then back over him to run over him again.

I think Guccione's sneaky days may be behind him. I hope he has Michael Carter defends him. I wonder if Guccione and Spencer will remain close buds, Spencer had better start looking at his re-election bid.

    2. Private citizens have no obligation to keep closed door discussions private. Therefore, I can see Tim Lohmar calling in Stokes and Gossett to defend him and throw the "Mayor" under the train. Tim is a very smart individual. Do you know that many mayors in our city have been hit by trains? Literally hit by trains and died! Mayor Nick will soon get hit by a figurative train of evidence. And hopefully his reign will die. Good luck Nick!

    3. This lawsuit opens up all sorts of possibilities for the mayor's future. How does the train go ... Woo-Woooooo ... splat!

    4. The trial will be interesting. The only one Kross will want to save is herself. She will, unfortunately for herself, wind up swinging in the wind from the tallest tree along with the members of the 'Church of the Unholy Alliance' .saying "brother will you weep for me" and forgive me for my sins because I'm a good girl.! HA !!!!.

  15. So everyone knows, Elliot Davis is best buddies with the Marlo family who reign supreme over the Fire Department. The Marlo's and King Nick are best buddies as well! So, try someone other than Elliot!

  18. Do you remember that feeling as a young child when you got caught telling a lie ? You forgot who you told what to. The truth becomes blurred because you told so many lies on top of lies that reality no longer exist with what it was in the first place. Well, I haven't had that feeling since I was 8 because I have integrity and a deep culture instilled in me. I'm guessing a few people have that pit in their stomachs right now, the problem is they are grown adults. "Did I say that to my friend privately or to someone else?" Uh oh.
